This is a lovely marked "By Appointment to her Magesty The Queen China Potters PARAGON Fine Bone China England REG'D 'Debutante'" Sugar Dish. Featuring a blue and green floral motif on white with silver trim. A perfect addition to your collection.
It does have a small chip near handle and a small flaw in other handle (difficult to see when just looking at it). Price reflective of flaws.
