Refund policy

We have a NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY. All items purchased are final sale. Please make sure you read full description and are happy with product before purchase. Most items are vintage so have ware and natural flaws from age, so be sure to review pictures and information description. Please reach out if unsure of condition of product or if you have questions or concerns before purchasing. We are more than happy to help answer your questions and provide more details. A full check of item is usually completed before shipping to make sure it matches description of product purchased- we will reach out if we find flaws not described.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Most items are one of a kind, therefore we do not do exchanges. Please inspect/read full description before purchasing.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not process refunds unless an item is not in the condition described by seller. If this is the case,  please contact us at woodlandcharm396@gmail.com.

MAKING A RETURN

To begin the return process, please contact us via email at woodlandcharm396@gmail.com. We will provide confirmation of the return request with further instructions. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible for shipping charges for any returned items.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order has been processed, we are not able to change or cancel your order if it already has been processed for shipping. If you no longer need the items you purchased, please reach out immediately and we can cancel your order. Once parcel is sent out via courier, we can’t cancel order.
