Vintage 1970s Gemco/Corningware "Spice of Life" Creamer, Milkglass Pot a Creme Kitchenware. Glassware base with silver hard plastic flip top lid. 

This lovely little creamer that is versatile - as it could be used for syrup, gravy or anything else your heart desires. 

Wear appropriate for age. Top does have some peeling on silver as shown in picture.
