This is a lovely vintage marked "Federal Glass Heat Proof USA" Mixing Bowl in the 'Homestead' or 'Kitchen Aids' Pattern in Teal on Milk Glass. A cute piece that would work with any decor giving some country boho retro feel with a pop of colour.
